Our office participates in most major dental insurance plans. We make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. Our staff will work with you to determine the payment options that work best for you and your family. Payment may be made by cash, check, money order, credit card, or Care Credit. As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
Financing is available through Care Credit.
Appointments and Cancellations
We strive to accommodate you with a date and time that fits your schedule. We require a 24-hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $50 charge per hour scheduled. Friday is considered the 24-hour notice period for appointments scheduled for the following Monday. All emergency situations will be taken into consideration.
